I was taking a bath and all of a sudden I thought...why can't the Jags draft Gino Smith? Why is the everyone saying we will trade down or maybe like in the past we might even use the 2nd pick to get a water Boy. 

I'm hoping that the days of not making a splash are gone. It never really fit Mr. Kahn anyway.  

Listen to me! If the top need is a QB and we are unsure yet of what we have then it makes perfect sense to me to draft the best out there.

I envision us getting Gino and maybe some where about 4 games into the season Gino starts and we win big time. 

We have come to expect no waves or noise and a very conservative attitude with the draft. Let's change all that right now. Go all out and stand united and get all in, and what ever but lets' make a SPLASH.

GABBERT TRADED TO SAN DIEGO

IT'S NOT EASY ALWAYS BEING RIGHT

So fat I have been right about most things to do with the Jaguars. I said they needed better Branding of the Logo and Team. I said they needed to get more media attention especially locally. 

The draft will really tell what is the next step for the Team. I predict that the Jags will draft a QB in the first or second round. There is no talk about this but I tell you that the new GM and HCoach know that Gabbert can not start yet, if ever. 

Check the AFC South Division and QB's. If you want to win in this league you have to first of all have a QB that is as good or better than the other teams in your division. It's fine to talk about going to the playoffs, but the way to insure that is to win the division. The Colts are still set to do that and with Luck as QB they are in place to keep winning. 

Build your team to beat the division foes and you will be in the playoffs almost every year. To do this Dave Caldwell knows that you have to have a elite QB not just a good QB.

With the new GM saying he plans to build through the draft, which I believe is the right way. Dave knows you have to start at the beginning and the start is a great QB. Everything else will follow.

Only Gabbert can convince me that he can make the grade. I won't believe anyone else, I have to see him do it with my own eyes and so far he's not shown anything. Stop trying to make me think that he has what it takes etc. etc.  blah blah blah. It's only talk meant to disguise what they really think and what they are really planning. They will pump him up as young, etc. etc. but you watch and see they will trade him before it's all over.

Maybe some one important did read this or maybe I' just have a very good business sense. Either way I can see my vision for the Jags coming to fruition. Am I amazing? What the heck was WW doing all those years, checking his money growing? YES. I'm not bitter and why should I be. 

This is the way to run a business just as Shad Kahn is doing now. Branding and Marketing are the key to any business. It even trickles down to the players. They start believing they are special too because they work for a special team and organization.

There's a new religion in town and it's getting lots of attention. The new religion is the NEW ERA JAGUARS FOOTBALL TEAM. We will be saved from losing games and being thrown to the Lions now. There will be no more turned up noses at the sound of Jacksonville. No longer will fans from other teams find a haven of comfort in Everbank Field. There will be no seats for those other teams fans to come and cheer long and loud as the Jags go down in defeat. No there is a new and exciting feeling building and is garnering attention all over the country.

Can you imagine even the NFL Network is talking about us. This has been a completer turn around and I believe fans are still kind of stunned because this kind of shake up and total revamping of this organization has never taken place her. the biggest change before Mr. Kahn really took control this year was the changing of a coach, or maybe a mid season change in QB. But Jax has never seen anything like this. A team that is totally respected in football circles. The new GM, Head Coach and even the Assistant coaches are known and respected so much so that I get the feeling that in some cases other teams are in envy. Isn't that something for Jax to in envy?  Well get use to it our Dream Team is in place now and going to work to give us some pride3 again. 

Get your season tickets now as soon as possible. You don't want to miss this.

Welcome to Jacksonville Florida Let me give you some good advise as you start off your work here in the Sunshine State.

The first item is be sure you keep your facial hair. It's a trade mark for intelligence and with out it no one will take you serious. 

On second thought I won't go into the reason to keep your hat on except to warn you that the Sun here in FL is brutal and you need to keep a hat on or you will suffer from it's effects. Because you are new I won't say anything about your hair style except to say you have a nice shaped head.

 I'm restraining my self. ' JAG WARS  is showing a softer side.
